Founded in 1987 as a value-add manufacturer representation company, Visitec has achieved recognition as one of the most technical and thorough marketing organizations in the audio visual industry. Since 2001, Visitec has been a distributor for Tandberg Video Conferencing products, now Cisco TelePresence.

As a manufacturer representative and Cisco distributor, Visitec strives to elevate our partners' capabilities through value added presale support and post sale service. Our mission is to drive product awareness, manufacturer initiatives and customer support excellence. We are often involved in multiple phases of our partners' projects from design and consultation through implementation. Our sales team is extraordinarily technical and maintains industry credentials and manufacturer certifications.

Unique to Cisco distribution and specifically for our partners, Visitec offers installation services and helpdesk support. Our VCare services program enables Cisco TelePresence partners to access our technical support team for first line support, ticketing, and product replacement. Installation services are leveraged by our partners to supplement their deployment capabilities and to implement advanced telepresence solutions.
