TelePresence SMB
TelePresence SMB is an entry level program open to all Cisco partners that hold Select Level or higher certifications. TelePresence SMB enables partners to develop their telepresence skills around a limited set of telepresence endpoints targeting small to medium sized businesses. TelePresence SMB partners may install endpoints directly, integrate them in UC solutions or bundle with the Cisco CallWay service

CallWay
CallWay is ideal for applications where video connectivity is needed for 12 sites. CallWay eliminates the need for premise based infrastructure through a Cisco cloud model for call control and firewall traversal as an over the top service. All CallWay partners must either be Video TelePresence ATP or TelePresence SMB specialized. CallWay includes a simple dial plan service with inbound and optional outbound VoIP. CallWay users may elect to subscribe to bridging and desktop conferencing options. Partner benefit from endpoint sales and recurring revenue on a per subscription basis. CallWay is currently only available in the United States.

WebEx SB
Cisco WebEx enables Select or higher certified partners to provide a WebEx solution for small businesses. Partners benefit from recurring revenues on customer subscriptions. Customers muse purchase a minimum of two subscriptions referred to as host accounts. Customer benefits include domain branding with 10,000 VoIP minutes per month, per host account. Customers may purchase as many host accounts as needed. WebEx now includes an excellent video capability for webcam users. Visitec Managed Services for Bridging
Visitec offers partners access to our bridging services for telepresence services between multiple parties. Our bridging service is available for one-time and recurring conferencing applications. We also offer recording and limited streaming options for hosted conferences.

VCare Partner Core Services
Visitec is authorized to sell Cisco Co-branded Partner Core Services to partners in the TelePresence ATP and the TelePresence SMB programs. VCare services leverage the Visitec helpdesk for partner first line support. With all the benefits of Cisco Essential Operate, leverage our expertise for telepresence product support. Cisco partners that sell VCare maintain service attachment rates and entitlement on all services sold. VCare offers a more comprehensive and less expensive alternative to Cisco Essential Operate.
