As an entry-level hands-on technical course, TCAP assists Technicians and Engineers fully understand the features and overall operation of TANDBERG’s videoconferencing endpoints and infrastructure products including 6000 MXP, MPS, Movi and EntryPoint. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain TANDBERG equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.
