• What do I need to bring to class?
  Bring a notebook computer (9-pin serial port NOT needed)
• What time does class start?
  Classes start at 9 AM local time and end at 5 PM
• How big are your classes?
  Typical endpoints classes are 8 to 12 students to allow plenty of classroom interaction. 
• How 'hands on' are your classes?
  For endpoint classes we team two students per codec allowing plenty of real, hands-on time during labs. 
• Can I get Infocomm certification RUs for these classes?
  Infocomm has approved the Tandberg Authorized Partner three day technical training class for 12 RUs toward renewal of CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I.
• Are all of Visitec's classes in the Chicago area?
  We will continue to evaluate offering classes at remote locations in our territory.  Issues include the amount of gear used in class, network connectivity, and increased facility costs.
• Does Visitec offer end user training?
  We are working on formalized offerings, but will work with you to put together something custom for your customer in the interim-- give us a call.
